        I was recommended Zenn by a friend as I was looking for a new hairdresser. I had a pleasant experience at Zenn who where accommodating, professional and clean. My appointment was with Diane who is lovely. I am however really upset with my hair cut to the point I have booked somewhere else to get it fixed. I did specifically say when asked if I want layers "no", but I was given a defined layer, which is just not what we discussed. The rest of the cut is not to my taste with very jaggy square parts. I was upset leaving and the remainder of the day. I will say in Dianes' complete defence I didn't bring this up to Diane because I was too upset and the only fix I could see would result in considerably shorter hair than I would have liked and at this point I was overwhelmed and didn't want to cry in public.
