Absolutely amazing haircut. Definitely one of the best haircut Ive ever got. The hairdresser is very nice and friendly as well. The booking seems to be a bit messy since theyre in the process of switching to online booking but other than that everythings stunning.

Very unhappy with my cut yesterday, and not looking my best for a new job I'm about to start. My hair was about 3 inches long on top, and had previously been cut into a side parting (longer towards the parting). I showed a picture to the barber of how I had had my hair cut previously, a fade on the back and sides with enough hair to style to the side on top. He said "just a good trim then" and "I'll do the back and sides and then we can see about how much you want off the top". "Do you like to style it to one side and down?" he asked, which I said confirmed "yes". Okay I thought, sounds good. The barber then took the back and sides fade about as high as you could imagine, completely ignoring my request for a 'step' up into the top length. He cut into the top without pausing or discussion, taking it down to less than an inch with his first cut. I had no chance to stop him. The end result is basically a short crew cut, very close to being a buzz cut. No hint of a side parting, no length to be a able to style at the front. I told the barber it's a lot shorter than I was expecting, which he responded to with excuses like "it won't suit you if I'd left it longer on top" and "your hair pings out when it's cut doesn't it?" - as if somehow it's the fault of my hair type! I wouldn't usually complain, but I came out of my way to Cads as I'm starting a new job tomorrow and thought I would have a clear and patient understanding of what I was asking for. Not the standard I was expecting. Service: Buzz cut
