We have been having deliveries from the Mixing Bowl since we started shielding in lockdown back in March 2020, and have had a delivery on average once a month ever since. We normally order the mixed box. These treats have really got us through these difficult times and look forward to receiving them. I cannot praise the service and quality of products enough. The brownies, cakes, millionaires shortbread, rocky road and bakewells are all delicious. We have now tried the sausage rolls and these are also very tasty. We shall carry on using Rachel at the Mixing Bowl even when lockdown has finished. A big thank you.

I had my first delivery from The Mixing Bowl just before Christmas, and have had two more since then as I've found my favourite GF-friendly bakes. The sweet and savoury treats are the most delicious I've had - even when I could eat gluten! Personal faves are the Scotch Egg (which has a soft yolk), the Rocky Road and the Chocolate Brownie. I'm already looking forward to placing my next order...

I had my first delivery from The Mixing Bowl on Friday. The first of many hopefully! I went for a combination of scotch egg, sausage rolls and cheese scones. As a long-diagnosed coeliac I've not been bothered with sausage rolls, but these were lovely - not too big, sausage meat had a greate texture and taste, pastry which didn't fall apart. The scotch eggs were also really nice, just gooey enough in the middle, fine crumb on the outside and (I assume) that same sausage meat I had above. I'll definitely be back. Always great to support a local business too.
