I went in early this morning to have my bike's inner tube changed, it usually takes 20 minutes but David B did it in 5 minutes, he was also really helpful with showing me how to use my discount card. Im really happy and would definitely go there again.

Had a booking with Halfords today and turned up to a very unhelpful guy on the welcome desk. Very uncommittal about when it would be done, and when I asked questions (cause I'm 21 and know nothing about cars), he wasn't helpful or polite. Has automatically put a downer on my day
