we cant thank this team enough we are due to sail to Ireland we had an emergency and despite there schedule being fully booked until after our sail date, somehow squeezed us in and they sorted us out fixed the problem, can not thank these people enough!

A big thank you to all the staff, especially Jo who did everything she could to keep me informed of the issues with my Mercedes van that had broken down and been recovered to York. I was very impressed with how quickly the phone was answered by Jo every time I constantly called and how friendly, genuine and polite Jo, Emma, Thomas and all the staff I spoke to were, as I was very anxious. Everything I requested was done without delay and followed up with emails and I was reassured that my vehicle was in capable hands at York. I am confident that if the need arose in the future that the staff at York would show the same professionalism, honesty and kindness to their customers. It has been a pleasure dealing with you. Keep up the good work! You are a credit to Mercedes-Benz!
