York School of Jewellery

I cant recommend York School of Jewellery highly enough. Whether you are a complete novice or youve got some experience in jewellery and or silversmithing this is a great place to learn. Both Nik and Julie are hugely experienced and offer an environment which is tailored to each students level of ability. The studio is very well equipped and Its a friendly, supportive place to be. I look forward to my weekly session and cant believe how quickly the time goes!

Its very difficult to put into context just how wonderful YSOJ is without you experiencing it for yourself. Nik and Julie offer an outstanding level of service, pushing their students to do their very best and creating a wonderfully supportive and creative environment along the way. The workshop is brilliantly well equipped and I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to give jewellery making/silversmithing a go.

I count myself very lucky to have chosen this place when I was trying to find somewhere to explore silversmithing. Nik and Julie are both very friendly and incredibly knowledgeable, and if you want to learn silvermsithing or jewellery making, this is a fantastic place to do it.
