I had a long standing problem in my upper arm, and was recommended to come here by a renowned health professional. Sure enough, after a couple of sessions my arm improved markedly and after following recommended exercises, is now pain free. Chrissy is extremely friendly and soon puts you at ease. She is very skilled and I was most impressed.

I first contacted Chrissie because I have fibromyalgia, and during an Internet search, I saw that she can help with conditions like mine, with massage and acupuncture. I decided to have some coaching sessions with her, because I am very aware that there is a link between physical symptoms and any life circumstances, both past and current. Chrissie allowed me to ramble away (!) whilst picking out relevant sentences I said which she found very telling. After each session I came away with an understanding of a different area of my life which may have been having an impact on me. I am now feeling much more positive that my diagnosis of fibromyalgia does not define me and that I can work on various areas to improve my situation.

Harmony Acupuncture was my saviour after whiplash rendered me unable to easily bend, sit down or turn over in bed. My core muscles were locked. With Chrissies expert help, a mix of massage and acupuncture, my symptoms quickly eased. After each session I gained more and more flexibility and confidence in my bodys ability to heal.

Chrissie showed a compassionate and skillful understanding of what was going on with my shoulder and after a few sessions I could move in a way I hadn't been able to for a couple of years. A safe pair of hands to ease the pain and sooth the soul.

I went to see Chrissie after a recommendation by a friend. I have had pain and stiffness in my back and neck for a long time. Even after the first session I felt more relaxed. I had a few sessions as I tend to spend all day at the computer and have a lot more movement in my neck now and much less pain and fewer headaches . I would thoroughly recommend Chrissie for massage.
