York Traditional Acupuncture

This was my first time trying acupuncture and I was unsure if it would help with my back problem After a few sessions with Tiziana I had less pain in my back and felt much more mobile in general. Tiziana is extremely friendly and welcoming, she explains everything very well and obviously knows her stuff about acupuncture. I would highly recommend her to anybody looking for acupuncture. Tiziana's approach is professional and confidence inspiring. She has complete ability to put her patients at ease. I sought help for neck and shoulder pain, and after an intensive six session treatment the pain wasn't just relieved it was completely gone. I wouldn't hesitate to return to York Traditional Acupuncture in future and would always recommend her.

I have regular monthly acupuncture appointments and I feel the acupuncture improves my health. Tizana is friendly, professional and very knowledgable. I have been having acupuncture for years now and do not like to miss an appointment.

I first started my acupuncture treatment with Tiziana in summer 2020 after having some health difficulties. I started with the intention of improving an eye condition I was diagnosed with and my treatment not only helped me to get this under control but also improved my overall health, physically and mentally. Tiziana is the most caring and genuine yet professional practitioner. She really does strive to help you in ways more than just the treatment, offering recommendations and going the extra mile with her breadth of knowledge. Ive learnt a lot about Chinese medicine (which I love) and feel sincerely cared for in her practice. I always look forward to my appointments and I cant recommend her enough! Thank you Tiziana :)
