Good customer facing service, but sadly the advice poor/unhelpful. My car was indicating an intermittant gearbox fault, which internet research told me maybe down to overdue fluid changes. Their diagnosis was to replace gearbox ECU within sump at over 1500. They refused to try a flush and refil test first (even though i said id take the extra 150 risk). I took the car away and had a local garage do this. 18m later still no intermittant faults and smooth gearbox. A simple case of believing verbatum the diagnostic computer, without question or logic.

Richard is fantastic and so his is Son called Will both have fantastic customer service. My A class W169 and some whining and Richard managed to fix it by putting a new blet tensioner on and a new belt. It runs alot better now. If you own a mercedes and need a good garage and you don't mind travelling to York than look no further than here. You won't be disappointed
