I used Drivefly's meet and greet service and returned from holiday to find that my car had been damaged in their care. They would not accept this despite their own paperwork confirming that the car was handed over in flawless condition, and made me battle every step of the way for them to accept fault. When they did, the insisted that they repair the car, which I had to fly out of Heathrow again to allow them do (which luckily I was about to) and they repaired one scratch and left another. DO NOT EVER USE. Because of this company I will never use meet and greet ever again. I know mistakes happen - but where they occur, they should be dealt with correctly.

Went to Caribbean for 2 weeks, come back to my 3 month car COVERED IN SCRATCHES! Staff did not seem to bothered at all. Just told me to contact customer service! Tried to upload photos but it will not save :( !!
