Absolutely amazingly honest gentleman we've found in Lionel!! Purchasing a used car can usually be a daunting experience, but from our very 1st enquiry last week.... right the way through to PERSONALLY delivering my wife's new car all the way down to Cornwall,...... words can't express our gratitude to Lionel for providing us with an absolute gem of a vehicle!! Most used car dealers will "enhance" the true quality when looking for a sale! But not Lionel,....... EVERYTHING he described was 100% accurate and even MORE!!! Most genuine encounter that I had within sales industry! Lionel was very helpful throughout the process, extremely informative! I have received videos of the car that genuinely showed all the 'minor faults'. He was available to answer every question I had. He has the customer best interest in mind. Lionel has checked the service book thoroughly and has offered to change the cam belt and water pump, oil as well within the price. He provided me with every possible invoice etc. I cannot stress enough how pleased I am with the customer service and the car itself :)! I would definitely buy again in a future despite 2h drive! :) Thank you, Lionel!
