Even one star is too much for the amount stress this center has put me through. For some unknown reason my car was delivered to this center for repair on 19 March 2023 even though I had asked to be delivered to Chelmsford where I work. Since then it has been a heart ache to establish a fluid response both through their messaging on their app or emails. Very slow response. Eventually they have had the authorization from AXA to carry out the work 25 April and after several request from my self, I received a message yesterday that the work will be carried out today and car will be ready by the end of the week. Only to get a call from the center to notify me that the car won't be handed over until the insurance company has paid in full. Unheard of. I have had nothing but six weeks of stress and it will be the last I use Tesla centers.

Gave in my car for ccs retrofit fit they gave me the car back with no software so I was stranded and was impossible to charge the car anywhere after that once they fixed this issue they damaged the body work on my car and denied doing it even with proof infront of there eyes . Please don't buy a tesla. The managers at West drayton never want to show any respect or come forward they will just send out a technician who says you can complain through the app
