what a joke, beware and goto another company, 2 times my battery went flat in the space of 10 days, no contact from tracker to alert me, i call them and they say no alerts from your tracker, but cant deal with the problem today, call back tomorrow, i called back the next day, asked for customer services, went through to sales, sorry, cant help, ill get someone to call you, still nothing and its the third day, i also emailed them and had no response, will be going to taking a small claims out to get my money back so i can goto another decent tracking company.. update, i was called the next evening by a lovely lady in marketing who addressed all the problems and it was all rectified the following week..maybe i just called at a wrong time.
