        Picked my car up and on the way back discovered they had stolen a few 1 coins from the centre console. Not a large amount but its the principal of the thing. Informed Blue circle who didnt care. Had a nicely worded email written out so assume its a copy and paste job as they must get it a lot.

        Got my car with engine fault and there's no one willing to help. Avoid this company they're proper scam. Do not trust your car with this company.

        Blue Circle Parking Luton didn't pick up the phone when we called them after we got off the plane. An hour latter we we're still waiting for our car. We tried calling them again but they didn't pick up the phone. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

        Very disappointing. Their website says, We will have your car ready and waiting for you. In fact, we waited for an hour. Off-site parking would have been much quicker. Even more irritatingly, Blue Circle have ignored my emails and ignored my formal letter of complaint.
