I recently sold my London property through my Estate Agent and from the very start I was impressed with all of the preparation and professional, courteous service. He came to the valuation with a comprehensive package of comparative valuations and was thorough in his assessment. I chose Independant from a shortlist of 3 agents because of the low fees and the strong feel of professionalism and I have not been disappointed at all. As an ex-pat I required plenty of support and they went out there way to make the sale smooth. They were in control of the viewings, helped me resolve some minor repairs with the property, put me in touch with a good maintenance company and even ensured the empty property was aired and warmed before showings and subsequent buyer visits. Throughout a difficult sale they were supportive and proactive, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these or the personal touch of Naheem to anyone looking for an excellent agent at a remarkable fee.
