If it was possible to give zero stars I would. Told me that afternoon for collection, two days after it was ready. When I popped in to see what was going on, he told me the screen casing would be a different colour, They'd had it two days so whatever, I wanted it back fixed so I said yes. Glue literally over the actual screen, I actually have to pick it off. Then I noticed that the actual screen itself is massively dark. I have to have it on full brightness to see it like half bright on previous screen. My buttons towards the bottom of the screen now respond whenever they feel like it and often the keyboard now goes mental and I have to restart. Took 3 restarts to write this far. My favourite bit though was when I asked for the price, they conversed, and the guy said 45...45 then the other one said something to him, he then told him 45 again, then he looked at me and said 45-50!!! I'm literally standing right there and he's bumping it up in front of me! And they parked their car in the disabled space outside and I didn't see a badge so that was annoying. Wouldn't bother using

AVOID THIS SHOP! Asked to change screen for my cracked phone plus screen protector. Replaced it but lots of glue residue on the side. They put wrong screen protector on, he replaced it with the correct one 2 weeks later. 1 week after a black line appeared on the SCREEN, he said it was physical damage to the screen and said it was nothing to do with the replacement even though I said I had not dropped or done anything to the phone. He will said he needs to replace the screen again but will charge the same price as the first time (another 55! ) AVOID!

I bought a screen protector and the guy offered to put it on for me. A few hours later I realised that my back is cracked. It took him 20 minutes to do it in the back of the shop and I didnt even think something wrong has happened. He also sold me a wireless charger which is not working. I have never dropped my phone in its lifetime and it has always had a case on. I would advice you to never go there, I doubt he will pay me back the damages on my phone
