After waiting for a while on the phone, I choose the option for call back. They called me in an hour but I missed it :)

Unfortunately for me the service at this centre was rather disappointing. Went for two jobs, my first ever at a Tesla service centre. The first one, ccs adapter, was cancelled due to Teslas phone lady incorrect information. Annoying but Fine. So I went for the second one, easy MCU recall. Not so: - new small scratches on dashboard and steering wheel. - new scratches on leather back seats and two semi-punctures. - large gap left open. - front left air vent BLOCKED. How difficult was to give the customers car in the same condition as received? I then had to book a second appointment in another SC to fix the gaps and air vent blocked.

Nice easy to find location but lacks enough display cars. A relatively hard sales driven place, it was more like lets book you car even before a test drive, an approach I do not find welcoming. Otherwise, no other complains.
