I used Kim agencies for the first time after being recommended by a friend . Bej made the buying and installation very easy and stress free . Will definitely use them again.

The fridge at my flat had broken down and my property managers assigned Kim Agencies to arrange a replacement. I immediately received a call from them to confirm my address and the type of fridge I needed - they then advised that it may take a couple of days as they needed to get my item in stock. A few hours later, they called me again to say they had found a suitable fridge, and it would be delivered the next morning. Their driver/engineer Roy called me the next morning to confirm he was en-route. He is a gentleman - delivered/installed the fridge, took me through the procedures to get it up and running, took my old fridge away - and shortly afterwards I was enjoying a refreshing glass of iced water. I had not heard of Kim Agencies until now but I can thoroughly recommend them - very courteous, swift to deliver, and professional.

Once again brilliant service and very competitive price. Spoke on telephone regarding broken down 12 year old washing machine and next day new one delivered,fitted and old one taken away by lovely polite and friendly Bej. Highly recommended Much better service than big corporate companies.

Excellent service. Friendly family run company. Took couple of weeks for my washing machine to arrive due to supply issues but I was kept informed. Installation and removal of old machine was efficient and seamless. Bej was friendly and wonderful to deal with. Highly recommend!
