Thank you for providing this service. I wanted to leave a review. Ayesha has been an amazing counsellor. She is professional, patient and knowledgeable. I can't thank her and Rehan enough for guidance throughout this process.

I was traumatised by another organisation(Mosque) who brushed me off and said women problems. I then called Sakoon and spoke to Rehan, he was courteous and polite, provided me reassurance and addressed all my questions which I needed and he arranged my session. My the therapist Selina was amazing.

I would like to extend my thanks to Rehan and the team for doing an excellent job to help improve people's lives. I came to Sakoon looking for help to improve my marriage as we have been at a low point for some time. After two couple sessions, we started to unravel some of the complexities of our marriage and are continuing our sessions with our therapist. Our sessions are being carried out via Skype video.

I reached out to Sakoon Counselling as part of my works (Kainos) seminar which was hosting a session on Mens Mental Health (as part of Movember). From day 1, they have been extremely help and professional. Ayesha Aslam volunteered to attend the session and answer questions about mens mental health and to go over some tips. My whole company (which is a global company) found Ayeshas tips extremely helpful. She was able to answer the questions with clear examples, solutions and reasonings as to why men suffer from mental health differently. She dived into looking at men of colour how they may suffer mental health differently. This was hugely beneficial as it explained why men of colour would act differently in certain situations and how we all can help to reduce those anxiety feelings. I would never consider going to counselling sessions, but after listening to how Ayesha spoke I realised that they are not daunting and in fact really helpful. Thanks again Ayesha and Sakoon counselling for being part of Kainos Mens Mental Health webinar.
