        Really disappointing service from Mercedes. Car is 2 years old, it went for annual service January 2023. The car came back with the lock and wheel nut missing from its box. Have chased this up for months and keep getting assured I will receive a call back to no avail. Would definitely avoid this branch in future, didn't expect to pay for a service where my car returns with missing components. Very poor.

        I chose Mercedes Benz Heathrow for the 2nd time as I got treated well the 1st time I went there. I was not aware Mercedes Benz had staff who are very professional until I took my car to Mercedes Benz Heathrow. The staff are friendly and always want to make their customers feel at home. The welcome is 2nd to none. They give you an update for whatever they are doing to your vehicle by sms, email and phone calls.They always suggest options for you so you make an informed choice. If you want peace of mind, Mercedes Benz Heathrow is the place to take your car. They always have answers for your questions. Keep up the good work Mercedes Benz Heathrow stack
