        It's very motivating and beneficial. I have a very tight schedule (work , family, house chores) but I make time every week for the classes . So far I improved my physical strength, I lost weight and I have the opportunity to continue one of my hobbies , which I put on hold many years ago . I got loads of compliments for losing weight which is amazing for my moral .
