I received a superb service from this professional company. The thermostatic valve in one of my two Reliance thermomix units failed, and my plumber was unfortunately unable to remove it. I turned to the Lee Halstead and Tony Heath for help. They both went above and beyond the call of duty.. Lee was very approachable and helpful with an in-depth grasp of the technical aspects of my problem. The only solution available to me was to replace the old unit with a new control pack. Despite being out of the 2 year warranty, Tony Heath was extremely reasonable, considerate and empathetic in his approach. He went out of his was to engineer a fair solution leaving me very satisfied and reassured. Its refreshing in this day and age to engage with a company that still values the individual customer and prioritises customer satisfaction over a new sale.

Fitting supplied via Toolstation, collet missing, had to proceed with court action to recover damages. RWC lost the fitting-preventing independent review!

Such a wonderful place to work. Most of the staff left on September 28th 2018. Wishing my former colleagues all the best in their next ventures.
