        Terrible company to deal with during an insurance claim. The loss adjuster took 3 months to organise repairs starting, did not reply to emails, was generally uncommunicative, and the work that has been done is atrocious quality. 15 months on I am waiting for the work to be re-done from scratch. The deserve zero stars. Avoid at all costs.
