        Sent items over a week after specified order date. Was given track and trace info the week before but items didn't get dispatched until almost a week later. Items arrived rotten and nothing like their advertisement. You won't ever be able to get them to answer their phone or emails, they just pay for fake reviews. Look at 99% of their positive reviews and you can see they are fake. Thank the lord I paid by CC and after a short dispute I was able to get my money back. Avoid this company and their sister companies like the plague. We opted for fresh flowers from tesco that 4 weeks on are still fresh looking. Lesson learned.
