Honestly so awful, I've been getting a perscription from this place for about half a year, and they say they only have records of it for the first and last month? I've often been told they would put me through a further referral and nothing happens. The staff also don't know much medical knowledge? I've often been told wrong or conflicting information on such things like side effects of medication.

Disappointing surgery, ideally should be closed by the NHS and replace it with a more competent one.

I waited over a 2 hours in the waiting room. The staff informed me my name had been called but I had sat there and it was 100% not. This was completely their mistake and their solution was for me to wait longer and get sent to the back of the queue. As an NHS ICU staff myself, Id expect more organization and proficiency from another NHS establishment. As well, I felt discriminated as a Chinese Male, even if my name was called, I made eye contact with every nurse that called a name. Whereas, when they called names of other races they would go up to each person individually to confirm name. Special care was also given to elderly, and although I can appreciate them giving proper care to the elderly, the services should be equitable and I felt like I was provided a significantly less quality of care today. To further, another patient also had missed their appointment was given priority over myself, despite me being here 20 minutes early to my appointment. I am incredibly disappointed in the care that I received and will be switching practices.

Its exhausting trying to get through the reception to see the doctor. Why do I need to discuss my medical issues with an unqualified person who will then decided when and if I get to see a doctor. Why am I begging to see a doctor? If I hear the words call back at 8am again I will scream. When you do you then need to submit pictures to see if I qualify to see the doctor. when i was mis-diagnosed by a locum i then called back and told to call back again at 8am to go through the same process!!
