It's always reassuring to work with someone who knows their products inside and out, and Malaika fit that bill perfectly. She was able to answer all of my questions and provide me with detailed information about the cars I was interested in. Her knowledge helped me make an informed decision about my purchase. Buying a car can be a daunting experience, but Malaika made the process smoother and more manageable for me. She listened to my needs and preferences and helped guide me towards a car that met those requirements. We identified the car we wanted, agreed a price and said we would be paying cash. We specifically said we did not want a PCP policy or any other insurances of any kind, knowing full well they would want to sell us additional financial products. Andy Ringer, the salesman we dealt with, was very personable and understood what we did and did not want. He was however repeatedly over-ruled, as it seemed to us, by other pushy salesmen who insisted we listen to a load of drivel about this insurance and that insurance - probably 5 or 6 add-on policies which we had no interest in whatsoever and which we had made clear from the outset. They falsely quoted "FCA legislation" as a justification for their behaviour but of course FCA regulations about insurance do not apply to a simple cash purchase. Berry Heathrow have an astonishing and arrogant disregard for the expressed wishes of their customers and I would not buy a car from them again.
