        Inconsiderate employees who block people's cars in. They aren't even doing anything, just sat there with the van's engine running.

        I was met with an oncoming van who didn't want to wait for me when I was cycling, going through traffic calming with right of way/priority over oncoming vehicles. Van drove through traffic calming in Tintinhull, on my side of the road. 17.05 11/06/21 Please educate your drivers

        Started work with a petrol disc cutter and digging gear at 1.50am.! It was NOT an emergency and no warning given to any households in the area. Not acceptable.
