First time we have used Lightning Training Solutions Ltd for our fire awareness training which all colleagues I spoke to found engaging and informative. The Fire Awareness part was well presented with right amount of humour and anecdotes making it easy to follow. Rod kept participants engaged and interested. Fire Marshal part clearly spelled out the roles and responsibilities of our marshals who found the additional information thought provoking and useful. Thank you.

Recently completed the 3 Day First Aid at Work course via the Blended route - first two days delivered via an online portal and the final practical session delivered by Rod at our premises. This offered me the flexibility to complete the course without three full days out of the office in one go, which makes a huge difference to our small company. Rod's knowledge and experience was clear to see and he made it an enjoyable session. The online portal was simple to navigate and clear to understand. The course offered excellent value for money overall. We will return to Lightning for all our future First Aid training requirements.

I found the training entertaining as well as informative, Rod explaining WHY as well as HOW to perform First Aid manoeuvres makes me feel more confident about dealing with potential first aid emergencies. Definitely recommend signing up for a course with Lightning Training Solutions Ltd.

We have been using Lightning Training Solutions Ltd for our Fire Marshal & First Aid Training courses at work (online and classroom based) for the past 4 years. Rod who delivers the training at our workplace is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He takes his time to explain everything clearly to our level. The employees gave positive comments about his teaching strategy very professionally executed. Jo, the office manager with her experience, always available to answer any queries whilst arranging the courses. Very friendly lady. Kevin carries out our Fire Risk Assessments and his reports/recommendations are fantastic. They clearly identify every element that needs attention in detail and easy to understand. I would highly recommend this organisation without hesitation.
