I had a threatening e mail from their sub contract plumber then the company sent an e mail to me which should have been internal but came to me in error.
This was their hope I had fallen under a bus.
Became impossible to get errors put right so had to use county court.
A judgement was in my favour for nearly all of my claim.
This was an unpleasant experience.
Since this I have had my entire house renovated with various trades.
Minor issues as with all renovations.
However they were dealt with quickly and without unpleasantness. Service: Shower tile installation
