We originally asked Michael to re-site our tennis court posts in March 2014. Having given us a quote which was acceptable, Michael started the work the following week, but was unable to finish. Then the problems started, as to get Michael to come back and finish the job was a nightmare. We chased Michael on numerous occasions but it was not until May that he eventually came back to finish the job: unfortunately the repair was not of a satisfactory standard and we asked Michael to come back and do some remedial work which he eventually did in June. The final repairs were done grudgingly and he made his opinion of us clear for not accepting that the quality of the repair was acceptable. Finally by the end of June we agreed that the work was satisfactory and paid for the job. All in all a very unpleasant experience.
