Yes i did ring to book, but after very poor, response and a very poor approach by person answering the phone being abrupt and unable or unwilling to answer reasonable questions i used someone else, response from owner here also shows attitude rather then ask why i gave 1 star they say i never used and posted wrong. Also as i have over 5 years experience in taxi and private hire, booking office. I believe i know a fair bit. Customer service is key regardless of from driver or from booking personal.
