        I had forgotten my mask , kids really needed a drink, I asked if a member of staff could they grab me 2 bottles of water and they refused. I told them I would pass the money through the door. I went in today with a mask, and at least 6 people went in before me and didn't wear a mask and said they all had exception cards, that they had apparently shown at the till which they didn't. Staff didn't have masks on, and they should. I don't think their rule system is very fair at all. And staff have been very rude.
