Emma and Romy were absolutely brilliant in providing the most beautiful cottage which was perfect for our needs. They were both easy to reach when we needed them, and able to help straight away. Nothing was too much trouble. They were also really lovely people to deal - very kind and patient. I look forward to booking through them again and again : )

Ive used KTM for a little over a month now and Ive found them to be professional and trustworthy. They do a great job of cleaning my place and are careful with my cats! From the start Emma was fantastic with communication, answering emails quickly and precisely, leaving me in no doubt about what I could expect. I can absolutely recommend KTM.

We highly recommend Emma and her team who have for nearly two years been providing assistance and help in many areas of our Holiday Let business at Park Farm near Langport in Somerset. Emma has a lovely nature and is an asset to anyone wishing for an experienced Housekeeper. She has a great deal of energy, is utterly reliable, able to cope with dramas in a calm and efficient manner and has an excellent rapport with our guests as well. All in all, having her help is invaluable and we wouldn't be without her!
