        We had a new pressurised hot water cylinder installed in the loft by Britchards () and they claimed they would support us if any issues were to arise. It's been less than a year since installed and our system stopped working which meant no hot water. We called several times leaving a number of voicemails and they did not bother to respond once. I have waited a month before writing this to give them a chance to respond but nothing. We have since had someone else in to correct the issue. They were surprised by the poor s-plan layout and wiring for the hot water. This company initially came across professional but are not worth the money they charge. Services: Water tank installation, Heating system installation
