Hairy Tails

We have been so impressed with Hairy Tails. Our golden retriever always comes out looking so smart and the groom always lasts so well. We changed to Hairy Tails, as our dog had been suffering from sensitive skin. Since we have been getting him groomed here, he has had no issues. It has been so reassuring to know we can maintain our regular grooms and we know he is looked after so well. We are so pleased we found Hairy Tails and would highly recommend using them!

We were a little nervous leaving Oli as he can get very anxious when separated from us but from the first time we spoke to Kelly she put us at ease and explained exactly what would happen whilst Oli was with her. Kelly kept us updated throughout to put our minds at rest that he wasnt getting distressed and enjoyed his bath and trim. Once Oli was all done and we went to get him he looked like a new dog and whilst super excited to see us he had clearly been well looked after and didnt seem nervous at all. We will definitely be using Kelly again.

Puddings absolutely loves going to see Kel, even though shes only been twice she does not hesitate or even look back once whilst entering the salon its so lovely to see her go with someone else confidently and happy, she smells amazing and looks shiny when all finished. Puddings loves the pampering from Kel as well as the treats! Fantastic groomer, amazing price, very polite and brilliant with dogs, cannot fault her. Puddings approved! Cant wait to come back soon!
