Ashlee and Clare were extremely kind and very helpful with helping me choose my glasses. They both took time to help me to decide what glasses to go for despite me being very indecisive and taking hours to decide.

I was put at ease the minute I walked in . First class service would highly Recommend. Felt confident when I came home ,just waiting for my glasses to arrive . I feel I should add to my review When I picked my glasses up the lady serving me said "pop into see us anytime and we can clean your glasses for you "" I have kept that in mind ,having pains now in fingers it would be great... Went with my husband this week sat waiting for him on a seat near by while he had his eyes tested . I rememberd what was said to me I spoke to one of the ladies working there ,I said I was told you could clean my glasses I had with you ?? Her words were ,no better than you could do we only use a cloth . I said perhaps this could be made more clear to all your staff . It's a few days after now ,I can still see the look on her face She tried to back track by saying do you want a cloth? I suffer from anxiety her attitude Has upset me greatly . I worked for 20 years in a customer facing job never would I make or give the looks She gave me . I heard her speaking to people on the phone while waiting for my husband ...needs speaking to in my mind.
