I have had ibs and acid reflux for many years. After having the intolerance test, my intolerances made sense. Jackie (Longcroft) went through everything thoroughly with me from the report. Making changes and cutting certain foods and sauces out, for example tomato sauce, eradicated my reflux. I now know my trigger foods and I am mindful about what I eat. My ibs has improved also. If you have such problems I would recommend this service, I was skeptical at first but my quality of life has greatly improved by knowing what I can eat and knowing what my trigger foods are.

Been feeling bloated recently. Jacquie recommended an intolerance test. I cut out various food groups and took supplements that I lacked. The results were amazing. My bloating practically disappeared overnight. I would recommend anyone try this. You wont be disappointed. Jacquie is very helpful
