        I've visited many many care homes (of a very high standard and also of a poor standard) professionally and personally - West Abbey is a cut above. The staff here are so welcoming and lovely (regardless of when you visit, during day, evening or weekend). I am so pleased my grandmother has the opportunity to live here (having moved from a home my family weren't happy with). I live overseas, and having seen the home now and meeting the staff, I feel much happier knowing my granny is receiving the best possible care.

        West Abbey is a fantastic home, with such caring and understanding staff. The residents always have plenty of opportunity to engage in activities. The decor is incredibly homely, everything and everyone is very welcoming.
