I was rreated appoulingly I bought a phone in with I an hour it didn't work the staff speak in a fouling language so you can't understand you......I kiss 220 plesde avoid this shop....if you do I tried to warn you......and a friend of mine took hess for repair and the camera broke they were very aggressive dont take Shildon if you make the mistake of going

Would put 0 if I could, switch sent off for repair in August needed new charging port 75 for a 30 job with anyone else (found this after) came back with another problem straight away left joy con not charging took back in straight away, finally I get it back now November 3 months later saying it can't be fixed!! And to make it even worse they have returned it with a broken screen!! All I can say peeps is stay well clear

Fantastic Customer service, wasn't able to fit the screen that I'd brought as it was faulty but checked it out for me and gave me good advice and did not charge me. Good man I wouldn't hesitate to return.
