        I already have an identical piece of furniture purchased a few months ago with which I am very happy. Build quality impressive, packing for transportation very good, service excellent.

        We really like the service from the team there and the quality of the furniture is second to none. Really great place to just walk around and browse to get ideas for the house and layout.

        I got the impression customer's are judged on arrival at the establishment. Customers who dress/appear "well off" are accommodated by certain members of staf, and customers who don't appear to fit that category, are left to other staff member's. I approached a well dressed member of staff regarding a purchase and he disappeared following my enquiry with the promise to return. He never did return, and my 600 purchase was administered by someone else. This establishment screams discrimination.
