        Replying to the negative review regarding the bmw you fail to mention that you came back with a recall letter from bmw and seemed to expect a refund for the part that I could not do but I did offer to try for you I also thought from your previous review that your family freind had fixed it for you as for an apology I never recall having no such conversation Im very sorry you had problems and would like to no how it was fitted incorrectly Services: Oil change, Steering & suspension repair, Brakes
