We had fitted the very latest Garadore Gara Glide 2 fitted and much to my disappointment after contacting their customer support found out that you can't automate it ?. Garadore it's 2022 you have bough out a brand new door for 2022 and you cannot incorporate it into your home automation are you for real seriously how disappointed are we very. If I new IT WAS NOT POSSIBLE TO AUTOMATE IT there is no way I would have purchased it why would we I cannot get over it in my experience I wouldn't recommend anyone purchase the same roller door as we did. Absolutely gutted gone backwards my old up and over door was no trouble including it into our automation. First purchase of a Garadore product and our very last.

My father bought a Garador product quite a while ago. When he eventually got round to installing it (he is of the generation that likes to do these things himself) he found that he had lost a bracket part. He wrote (snail mail) to Garador with a sketch of what he thought he had lost. A week later, a parcel arrived with a replacement bracket and all the bolts, nuts etc. - no charge. !! That is impressive.!! Thanks to you all.

I paid over 3500 to have a Garador roller door installed on the recommendation of my local installer. This was a huge mistake. The door does not seal properly between the laths, so wind, rain and draughts come through, completely negating any value you might have from the insulation on the door. The installer contacted Garador to resolve the issue only to be told basically "Yeah, we know about that. Not much we can do about it really". Don't waste your money, just go for a cheaper option as the alleged quality of a Garador door doesn't actually exist.
