        Shocking lack of communication, we have only had 2 x cleans since being on their books (November 2022) because the lack of response and organisation from them. Constantly requiring me to chase up things. The cleaner that we have had was good but was annoyed that she wasn't told anything about our cleaning requirements (that we had shared with the company and were told would be passed on to cleaner). Avoid. Service: Standard cleaning

        Step by step cleaning were fantastic. I got a prompt response and was booked in for a cleaning service the next morning. The cleaner, Jovita, was polite and had a very sunny disposition. She did a thorough job and left the house sparkling. Thanks!
