        This is the first time I have left a review. Having bought a new dishwasher from a well-known online retailer and paid extra for installation, the delivery man said he could not remove the old machine as the valve was broken and needed replacing. He then left, leaving my new Dishwasher still wrapped sat in the middle of the kitchen. Mike took less than a minute to disconnect it, saying the valve just had a bit of corrosion. I got him to fit a new valve anyway. Cannot recommend the online retailer, but highly recommend Mike.
