I was away from home and it my first time in Yeovil. One of the beads to my extension was loose so I asked if they had the tools to fix it. They didn't have new beads so only had to push the bead that was already in my hair up the strand. I wasn't expecting it to be done for free but what's been bothering me all day is that when I asked what they wanted for it the girl said 20. I know prices have gone up but I felt embarrassed. She could have probably sold me some products instead and most people I think would have just fixed the bead for me out of good will. I didn't stick around in Yeovil after that. I know it's only 20 but it was only a bead that was already in my hair so I thought I'd write a review after I felt awkward. It put me on a real downer as I personally wouldn't have the audacity to charge someone at all or that much at least. I'm grateful she did what she could for me but if I knew she was going to take the michael before she offered to 'help' I would have looked for another hair dresser who might have had some beads on them. I think 5 or 10 would have been more than sufficient for the 5 minutes of your time. Service: Hair extensions
