Until recently we have received good service and we have been happy to pay the premium to help support the doorstep service, we know some people rely on it. However, after much promotion by them regarding the Easter BH arrangements, they failed to correctly supply. It took two attempts to get a satisfactory response from them. Guess what, it has happened again for this May BH. Their initial response confirmed that the issue will also affect the next BH and that WE should place a one off order, to correct their problem. If we need to be pro-active on their behalf then we'll buy the extra milk at the co-op!! As they obviously don't seem to value our custom, we will seriously consider taking it elsewhere.
