Such amazing service. Nothing was too much trouble. My order has arrived and is just so beautiful. I can't wait to give it as a gift. I will be back.

Avoid! I put a wrong delivery address and messaged them to correct it within 3 minutes of placing the order. They confirmed the change had been made. But, it was still despatched it to the other address, because they and the manufacturer seem incapable of communicating with each other properly. The accidental recipient contacted JS about this surprise parcel and told them a mistake had obviously been made. JS didnt reply so she chased it 2 days later. Then they told her the sender was me (GDPR breach?). JS sent her a paid postage label, but she still had to drop it off at a parcel point. So, inconvenience and poor communication suffered by the accidental recipient, late present (with already-opened packaging) to the intended recipient, and much stress and embarrassment for me - I turned up empty-handed at the friends 40th birthday. Worst of all, empty apology with no compensation offered. Massively regretting giving JS 130 of mine and my friends hard-earned money.

Total rip off. Spent 28 quid on an item that I could have probably got near enough the same from home bargains for a fiver. If you feel better about yourself for spending way over the odds then go to these guys. Pretentious, profiteering swines.
