His company was hired to knock through a load bearing wall and close a doorway. After what seemed like a promising start, things went downhill. The quality of the finish was poor. The door that was plastered cracked all the way around after 3 months and had to be re plastered. No scrim was used across the joints. His plasterer removed old plaster from another wall and was due to attend the following day to re-plaster - he never came back. We were left with a huge mess in our lounge and he never even came back to collect his tools which were left here for several days until his mate collected them. I tried to get John to arrange someone else to complete the work but after days of ignoring my calls I hired someone else to complete the work at extra expense. He was also due to come back and fit skirting boards all around our lounge and dining room after fitting a laminate floor. Again - he ignored all calls and never returned. I felt extremely let down as he seemed a decent guy. Dont waste your time. Get professionals.

It's a shame this company does not pay their bills. We managed their website for them and after running a debt of 2620 and promises of payment we suspended their services in 2018. Still to this day we have not received an apology, explanation or payment. They just think they can get away without paying and nothing will be done. I am sure he wouldn't like that with his customers.
