Great service and advice

We replaced a Robinson Willey Firegem Visa 2 with a Gazco Logic HE in a 1930s Arts and Crafts fireplace. We needed to achieve the regulation distance from the fire to the flooring. Lee's solution involved recessing the fire as well as raising and extending the hearth forwards in black granite. Lee's was by far the best solution among the quotes obtained and not the most expensive. The ordering process was smooth and the agreed installation dates were held. Lee worked very carefully with minimum mess. The team were courteous and friendly at all times. We are pleased with the result.

We have been delighted with the service we have received Jess helped us choose and raised ideas that we had not thought about but have all worked wonderfully she was very patient and helpful. Lees fitting was very professional making a lovely neat and tidy job that we are delighted with. Thank you very much would strongly recommend decorating not finished so no photo yet.
