        NO STARS!!! The flowers that were received at my aunts funeral were NOTHING like the pic on line! I ordered from Australia on line, choosing picture of the one I wanted, not a cheap one with and was So very dissatisfied and disappointed with what was received. So embarrassed when my cousin sent me pictures the Ones received looked like a five year old had done them! And of course no one wants to talk to me about it! Would not recommend this shop at all!! Do not waste your money here!! Go elsewhere!!! If I could add pics I wud, guess they dont want people to see the rubbish they sent to a funeral!!

        If I could leave no stars I would. Ruined my anniversary. Flowers FINALLY arrived at 5.45 pm. This is what 35 of flowers look like to them. We have them back to the delivery man and said we wanted a refund. Pathetic bunch of flowers. I could have got a bigger much better floral display from M&S ( who arent cheap) absolute con. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE APPALLING

        Nearly ruined our wedding ordered brides bouquet and button holes from here paid deposit nothing was mentioned going in before and paying the rest so we thought you pay on the day. Mother in law went in and he hadnt even done them is it that hard to pick up a phone and ring us dont use this shop go elsewhere
